WordPress support: a named human who answers

For everything that doesn't fit a maintenance schedule. Send a request, get a person — not a ticket queue, not a chatbot, not an agency that answers in four business days.

What counts as a support request

  • Content and page edits you'd rather not do yourself
  • A plugin that needs configuring, replacing, or removing
  • A form that stopped delivering — usually deliverability, not the form
  • Adding, removing or re-permissioning users
  • Integration wiring: CRM, booking, payments, analytics
  • "Is this email legitimate?" — ask us before you click it
  • "Can we do X?" — a straight answer, including when the answer is no

How it works

  1. Send it. Email or the client portal. No ticket forms with eleven required fields.
  2. You get a response, not a receipt. A human tells you what it involves and how long.
  3. Small things get done. Larger things get scoped and quoted before anyone starts.
  4. You see what happened. Every request logged in your monthly report.

Response time: One business day

What we won't pretend

"Unlimited support" is a marketing term. Every agency offering it has an undocumented internal limit, and you find out where it is at the worst possible moment.

Our plans state what's included in hours and what happens when you exceed it: we tell you before the work starts, quote it, and you decide. No surprise invoices, no passive-aggressive emails about scope.
