WP Doctor Security™
WordPress Security Analysis for Canadian Businesses
Understand your WordPress site's security posture through an authorized assessment, evidence-backed findings and a prioritized written plan. If you suspect an active hack, start emergency triage instead.
What the analysis covers
The assessment starts with a defined site and access scope. It reviews WordPress core, plugins and themes; known vulnerability exposure in their actual versions and configuration; administrator accounts, roles and multifactor authentication; file and configuration integrity; backup and restore posture; and available hosting, TLS, logging and security controls. The final checklist depends on the access you authorize and the environment we can inspect.
The work begins with non-destructive inspection. Intrusive tests, exploitation, credential attacks, load tests and production changes need separate written authorization and rules of engagement. The assessment does not certify that a site is secure or prove that no compromise exists.
What you receive
A written report records the authorized scope and limitations, a plain-language summary, findings supported by appropriately redacted evidence, severity, business impact and a recommended order of fixes. Each finding is labeled Critical, High, Medium, Low or Informational and reviewed by a human. Where a check could not be completed, the report says so rather than treating it as passed.
Critical
High
Medium
Low
Informational
You can use the report with your own developer or discuss a separately scoped remediation proposal. Retesting appears in the report only if it is agreed and performed.
How this differs from the WordPress Health Report
The WordPress Health Report examines overall site health, including a baseline security section, performance, backups, dependencies and Canadian compliance. WP Doctor Security™ focuses on deeper security-specific questions when a broad diagnosis leaves material risk or uncertainty. We define the scope up front so the same basic check is not sold twice.
About the WordPress Health ReportWhen to use emergency triage
If the site is currently displaying malware, redirecting visitors, sending suspicious mail, exposing data or is otherwise likely compromised, use hacked-site emergency triage. Routine analysis is for preventive or investigative work on a stable site; an active incident needs containment and human prioritization.
Hacked? How You Can Fix My SiteNext step
Tell us the site URL, the concern and whether you suspect an active incident. We will confirm the assessment scope and an approved secure access method before requesting credentials. Do not send passwords through the general contact form.
Assessments start with a scoping request through the contact form — include your domain and your hosting provider.
