No. Monthly, cancel any time, and you keep every credential and every report. We're not interested in retaining clients through friction.
What if I go over my support hours?
We tell you before we start the work, quote it, and you decide. You will never receive an invoice for hours you didn't approve.
Do I need a Health Report first?
For Checkup, no. For Care and Concierge, yes — we won't take responsibility for a site we haven't diagnosed. It's a one-time cost and it's credited against your first month.
Can I change plans?
Any time, either direction, prorated.
Do you work with sites you didn't build?
That's most of them.
