Why this exists
Most WordPress problems arrive at the same moment: something breaks, and the person who built the site is gone. The owner is left with a system they didn't choose, can't assess, and can't safely change.
The market's answer has been a monthly plan that promises reassurance and delivers an automated PDF of green checkmarks. We wanted the opposite: a service that hands you the actual chart, tells you what's genuinely wrong, and is straight about what's fine.

That matters for one practical reason: when a diagnosis turns out to need a rebuild rather than a repair, there's a team who can do it. And when it doesn't, we'll say so, because we're not paid by the rebuild.
