Canadian hosting is available when you require it, for sites we build or migrate through MC MEDIAS LLC. Your invoices are in Canadian dollars. When you call at 4pm on a Tuesday, a person answers. The offshore agency that quoted you half our rate cannot say any of that.

Intake
You give us read access. Ten minutes of your time, once.

We run the full battery: core integrity, plugin and theme health, database and autoload load, field Core Web Vitals, security posture, backup verification, and the Canadian compliance checklist.

The chart
A written report with severity ratings, evidence, and a fix order. Not a score out of 100. An actual list of what's wrong and what it will cost to be right.

Your call
Fix it yourself, hand it to your developer, or put us on a care plan. No pressure either way.
Straight answers
Do I have to be on a plan to get help?
No. The Health Report is a one-off. Emergency triage is a one-off. Plans exist because most people would rather not think about this again, not because we won't help you otherwise.
Do you host?
No, and that's deliberate. Hosting resale means we have a financial reason to blame your host or defend them. We'd rather be the ones who can tell you honestly that your TTFB is 900ms and your host is the reason.
What if my site was built by someone else?
That's most of our work. We don't require a rebuild and we don't badmouth the previous developer. We document what's there and tell you what it will take to make it stable.
Can you work with my existing developer?
Yes. The Health Report is written to be handed to a third party. Plenty of clients use us as the diagnostic layer and keep their own build team.
Are you the wp doctor command?
No — and you're not the first to ask. wp doctor is a diagnostic package for WP-CLI, the WordPress command line. We use it. We aren't it.
